Most websites fail not because the code is bad, but because nobody understood the company from the inside. I walked those floors.

For years I travelled to factories, sites and offices. I know what a shift looks like, how work gets handed over, and why people work around a system that was installed without asking them.
I start with questions, not with a design
Before I draw anything, I find out what the company does, who its customers are and what slows it down most. The structure of the site then almost writes itself.
I have been programming since I was fifteen
I am not someone fresh out of a bootcamp, nor a salesperson who passes the work on. I design, build and run the site myself and I carry the responsibility for it.

Just need a simple website?
A sole trader, an association, a personal page or a single page for a new project. I build it with the same care as a system for a large company, there is simply less of it. You do not need a factory floor to deserve a site you are not embarrassed by.

No surprises halfway through. You always know which stage we are in and what comes next.

A call with no strings
You tell me what you are dealing with. I ask about operations, customers and what slows you down. It takes about half an hour and costs you nothing.

Proposal and a fixed price
You get a proposed structure, scope and deadline with a final price. If it fits, we continue. If not, no hard feelings.

Building, visible as it happens
The site grows at an address you can open at any time. You comment as we go, there is no big reveal at the end.

Launch and handover
Deployment, speed measurement, training on the admin. The site and its data stay yours, you are not locked in anywhere.
Code and photographs from one person
Bad photographs ruin even the best website. I shoot products, workplaces, interiors and people myself, so you are not chasing a photographer or wondering whether the result will suit the site. When I am abroad, my trusted team in the Czech Republic handles the shoot.
