Who processes the data

The data controller is Vit Hofman, who operates this website. Contact details are on the Contact page.

What data is collected

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself: name, email, and optionally phone, company name, budget expectation and the message. Nothing else is stored.

The IP address and browser identification of the enquiry are also stored. They serve solely as a defence against automated spam.

What it is used for

Solely so that I can answer your enquiry and agree on working together. The data is never sold or passed on for marketing purposes.

Emails are delivered through the Brevo service. No other third party receives the data.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact so that I can pick them up if you get in touch again. After that they are deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Cookies and traffic measurement

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses no Google Analytics or other third party tool. That is why there is no consent banner, there is nothing to consent to.

Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in the browser local storage and never sent anywhere.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted and to object to its processing. An email is enough and I will handle it without undue delay.
